Gladue Designs announces the evolution of First Nations Architecture, from the creativity of First Nation Architectural Designer Jim Gladue. Connecting with cree tradition was Jim Gladue able to take the original design of a Traditional TIPI and modernized the concept. From which Gladue DEsigned homes can be affordable housing with a show home appearance.
All units will have solar power capabilities, and in flood areas, this home can be built above the flood water line to protect itself in case of flooding. Almost all designs are one level, making the home barrier free to all ages. Exterior decks can easily be added to exterior part of the house adding beauty and value to the home.
Architectural Designer - Jim Gladue (Arch. Tech. & Housing Inspector) will over see all design and design inspections to ensure all units are built in accordance to building codes, on budget and on time. Full housing development project reporting is available to no cost to home buyer. Every Gladue Designed home will receive 2 house inspection services for a period of 1 year.
