Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres Announces New Program Offering
Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres is proud to announce a change to our 14 Day Follow Up Program. We will be having 4 intakes per year in our 14 Day Follow Up Program with intakes already in process for the first offering from May 4-17, 2016. Our follow up program will focus on ongoing recovery supports. With the changes to the program we anticipate that it will be more intense for our clients and typical of a follow up program. This significant level of intensity will contribute to the ongoing recovery of the client. Clients will also have many opportunities to participate in activities which will reinforce positive recovery and self care.
Applications for this program can be made to our Admissions Department and will be accepted until April 20, 2016. In order to qualify for this program, clients must have maintained continued abstinence after treatment and have completed their treatment a minimum of 3 months prior to applying. The group for this program will be held to a maximum of 10 to ensure that the clients maximize the limited time they will be onsite. One of our Counsellors will work with the clients to meet them where they are at to develop an individualized program with external resources that clients can access upon their return home.

ADDICTION INFO SERIES
Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres has a long and successful history of providing addiction education, prevention and consultation services to help the individual, family members and our community to better understand addictions. Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres happily invites you to our free Addiction Information Series.
The series consists of four modules, covering various subjects within the following topics: Substance Abuse, Co-Dependency, Family Dynamics, and Spirituality.
We highly recommend all individuals interested in becoming involved in our services, or any individual interested in learning more about the disease of addiction, to attend the series. It’s free, informative and confidential.
